Provide a Beehive

Building and looking after a beehive encourages bees to come and produce their sweet gold!

When you have little land or poor soil it's hard to grow crops – but you can still harvest an airborne bounty. By pollinating the area, bees increase crop yields, bringing immeasurable benefit to whole communities. They also give families wax and honey to sell and help in the cross-pollination of local plants.

Honey gives children good all round nutrition and with the extra income from selling honey, families can pay for school fees and buy medicine.
