Social traditions in some African countries mean that women and girls shoulder most of the burden of providing food, fetching water and many other physically demanding, time consuming jobs. By training husbands and wives to communicate better and share work and responsibilities more equally, we're giving children happier homes to live in - and offering them positive role models for the future.
